Worland Jamboree Schedule Announced

The Riverton Wolverine Boys Varsity Soccer squad will open its season on Saturday, March 15, in Worland. Here is the schedule for Riverton:

11am - Riverton vs. Jackson
2pm - Riverton vs. Buffalo
4pm - Riverton vs. Powell

Riverton will be the designated home team (and wear light tops) against Jackson and Powell. The Wolverines will be the designated visitors against Buffalo.

Cheyenne 11 vs 11 Soccer Tournament

To all High School Boys soccer players:

There is a tournament on the weekend of October 13th and 14th in Cheyenne. As of now I know of 11 players who are interested in playing but I would like to get some more players involved in this tournament. If there are any players who would be interested in playing in this tournament please contact me at 851-8026 as soon as possible. For those of you that I have already spoke with and those who are interested, we will be having practice on Monday the 8th at 4pm at the CWC soccer fields. I have already registered our team for this tournament and our game schedule will be:

Saturday, October 13th:

8am vs. Cheyenne Silver
11am vs. Cheyenne Gold

Sunday, October 14th

10am vs. Alliance, NE
1pm vs. Final (hopefully we will play this one!)

This will be a great opportunity to see some teams that we will be playing against in conference play this year!

Boys Soccer Meeting Friday at Lunch

RHS Boys soccer players are invited to a meeting at lunch Friday, Sept. 7, at the Career Center (check at the front desk for location). We will talk about off-season goals and introduce the new head and assistant coaches for the upcoming season.

Bring your own lunch... let's focus on a great upcoming season!

Jackson Soccer Tournament

If you are interested in playing in a high school 6 v 6 soccer tournament in Jackson Hole Sept. 29-30, please give me a call at 851-8026. It would be great if we could field a team...

We have to know by Sept. 1st... so call by then. Entry fee is $250 and we will divide it by those who can go. If we don't have a team, Lander is taking one and may have one or two slots open.
