Great basketball shooters keep it simple mentally. The Global Shot Doctor Arrow wristbands can assist players mentally by keeping their focus simple and specific. The Arrow is a simple cue that reduces over thinking and enhances a player’s ability to focus. I highly recommend the Arrow for athletes wanting to improve both technique and focus.”
